Premier Recruitment Services was founded a decade ago by our Founding Partner, Rand Lockwood. Rand was a CPA himself who pivoted from the accounting industry into successfully recruiting accountants for national public accounting firms across Canada and the US. Our recruitment strategy has since evolved into substantially growing our US public accounting division and placing CPA candidates across Provinces and States. We are lean team of CPA recruiters who work with CPA accounting candidates, building sustainable relationships and helping them move to their next professional role.
